Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting research and analysis to support the identification of new business opportunities, market trends, and regulatory changes in the healthcare industry
• Supporting the development of strategic plans and initiatives to drive growth, improve operations, and enhance the company's competitive position
• Participating in cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives, including M&A, partnerships, and joint ventures
• Working with business unit leaders to develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success of strategic initiatives
• Monitoring and analyze the competitive landscape to identify potential threats and opportunities
• Supporting the identification of areas for improvement and efficiency across the organization and participating in the development and implementation of strategies to address them
• Assisting with the communication of the company's strategic vision and goals to key stakeholders, including senior leadership, employees, and external partners

Internship Program Details

• Paid Internship
• Full-time / 11 weeks
• Positions will reside in Las Colinas, TX
• No company sponsored housing, relocation, student visa, or Green Card assistance available
• Program also provides networking, access to executives, structured performance and coaching

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in business, healthcare, or related field and have completed their first-year of studies

• Have a minimum of five years work experience (healthcare-related company is preferred)
• Be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful U.S. permanent resident, a refugee approved for entry into the U.S. or a person who has been granted asylum in the U.S.
• Be at least 18 years of age

Candidates should also possess:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics preferred
• Experience with financial modeling and analysis preferred
• Ability to think strategically and translate insights into actionable plans

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$17.33 - $28.88
