Rent Dynamics is a fast-growing software company in the multi-family housing industry. We are all about making people’s lives better, and we are looking for a driven individual who wants to make an impact at our company while learning the ins-and-outs of all the various customer touchpoints with an up-and-coming technology firm.

As a Client Services Intern, you will receive thorough industry education and on-the-job training here in our office located at the Riverwoods in Logan. You will personally experience multiple roles within our team including customer service, technical support, implementation, training, and account management while working collaboratively with several different team members. This is an ideal position for someone who has strong technical aptitude and interests who likes working in a technology/software environment (Technical Support, Implementation, Project Management, Software Development) and/or is interested in client-facing roles (Account Management, Sales, Training).

This Internship requires 20-30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule between 8am-5pm M-F that can work around school or other obligations. Upon successful completion of the internship, you may have the opportunity to be hired on full-time based on fit and performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gain a working knowledge of our products and their place in the industry
  • Help our clients to be successful while recognizing their different needs and expectations
  • Work in various roles throughout the internship to expose you to different responsibilities, allowing you to see what you really enjoy doing and what you’re really good at
  • Manage projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Readiness to assist colleagues as needed on other team projects
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude (we have a great team and want you to fit in!)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Seniors are preferred (because there may be a job waiting for you at the end of the internship)
  • Strong computer skills. You don’t have to know how to code or program (although that might help), but you should confidently know your way around Excel, CRMs, HTML, etc. and enjoy learning new technology (we are a software company, after all!)
  • Previous customer service, technical support, or sales experience is a plus
  • Experience working with a B2B SaaS company is great
  • Strong problem solving and collaboration skills
  • Professional writing and verbal skills
  • Ability to multitask and jump between different projects and assignments
