Job Responsibilities

• Handle the overall daily production of all cakes, pastries, and baked goods for the Alley Restaurant.
• Delegate daily responsibilities and duties to your bakery team.
• Take order and inventory ingredients of all bakery products.
• Plate desserts for the restaurant and for display.
• Work alongside the Executive Chef and restaurant management team in events or business relating to the restaurant.
• Monitor food and operational expenses reports.

• Excellent leadership skills and ability to delegate.
• Able to multitask and to stay calm under stressful/unusual circumstances.
• Exhibit interpersonal savvy and has an open line of communication to all staff.
• Create a comfortable work environment for all team members.
• Punctuality and work consistency.

Work/Educational Requirements

• Food Safety Certification
• High School Diploma or GED

A Skills Assessment can be given to all candidates for this position for consideration at the discretion of the Executive Chef.
