We are currently seeking a Transportation Log Auditor to join our team. As a Transportation Log Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our transportation log records. Your primary responsibility will be to review and analyze transportation logs, identifying discrepancies, errors, and opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities

• Examines and processes drivers' daily logs and records to ensure compliance of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
• Tracks daily driver violations and reports to Compliance Managers.
• Audit Driver Logs for accuracy, entering data into Excel and submitting for payroll
• Annotate log for clarification/explanation for customer
• Troubleshoot Log issues/questions by interacting with Driver and/or Management
• Coordinate with Accounting regarding deadlines, procedural changes and expectations

Experience needed:

• 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced office
• Experience with DOT
• High attention to detail
• Accurate data entry (both alphanumeric + 10-key)
