Job Description

We are currently looking to fill new Customer Representative openings to work with our clients as Authorized Dealers for AT&T. Individuals who are capable of delivering outstanding customer service and hitting clients sales targets are best for this role here in the Round Rock / Austin area.

We take pride in the relationships we have built between our clients and their customer base, therefore we are searching for candidates who can continue to strengthen our consumer acquisition throughout the Austin area. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and takes pride in helping others.

Responsibilities

• Ability to drive positive customer experience through interacting with customers face to face
• Provide accurate product knowledge to meet the needs of individual consumers
• Attend in office and virtual training to stay up-to-date on industry knowledge
• Ensure weekly sales targets are met
• Continuously improve through feedback and coaching

Skills

• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts
