Job Overview:

As an Associate Service Consultant, you will work alongside service consultants, operations specialists, and internal financial advisors providing excellent service to clients through inbound calls, proactive outreach, and email. You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge through training, experience, and licensure for career development within LPL into roles such as an operations specialist or internal financial advisor.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via inbound calls & e-mail
• Conduct proactive outreach calls
• Provide excellent client service; strive for expedient resolution
• Complete forms, obtain client signatures, upload documents, and process requests
• Refer clients seeking financial guidance to a financial advisor
• Reference training materials and resources for proper processes
• Adhere to a provided schedule to ensure incoming call coverage

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ years of professional experience
• FINRA SIE

Preferences:

• FINRA Series 7
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks, while maintaining attention to detail

Pay Range:

$19.38-$29.08/hour

The salary range is dependent on a number of factors, including the applicant’s skill, experience, and work location.
