Responsibilities:

• Review vendor invoices ensuring proper approval and or PO# expense to proper account reconcile all vendor invoices to statements for batch payment no later than 20th
• Post and reconcile Manufacturer invoices to monthly statements
• Process check requests expense accordingly
• Maintain related schedules (sublet, advertising, factory) make notes as needed
• Maintain vendor W9 files
• Post advertising budgets process invoices verify to budget
• Perform monthly accruals as needed
• Assist in month-end closing duties
• Prepare and file 1099 forms annually

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds helpful

• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
• Team player with integrity and strong work ethics
• Proficiency in Excel basic formulas & V lookup helpful
• Excellent written and verbal communication
