We are looking for an experience Workers' Compensation Legal Assistant or Paralegal with the following experience:
- EAMS Filing experience (DORs, Petitions, DEU Ratings, C&Rs, etc.)
- Dictations, merging, and formatting
- AME/QME Cover Letters, medical index, declarations, etc.
- Knowledge of the law (statutory deadlines, Labor Code., etc.)
- Fast learner
- Excellent spelling and grammar
- At least 1 year of WC experience preferred.
