What Internships Are Available?

Two internship opportunities are available on the ProCrewz® team. We are looking for a Data/Business Analyst, and a User Support Specialist.

What are the Job Responsibilities?

The interns will provide support to the Technology / ProCrewz® team as it relates to user needs, business analytics, reporting, and ad hoc projects. These candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities will include:

1. Assist ProCrewz® Support with requests from internal stakeholders, clients, and mobile app users.

2. Provide analyses of job and field technician data to identify trends, variances, and establish key performance indicators, as well as make business recommendations.

3. Follow at least one software development initiative to learn the development lifecycle and understand agile methodologies.

4. Perform other related duties and projects as required.

What are the Terms and Conditions of the Internship?

1. Internship location: Remote or Lombard, Illinois

2. Temporary employment from 5/31/23 - 8/18/23 – some flexibility to start & end date based on student’s schedule

3. 20-30 hours per work week, Monday–Friday, a schedule will be mutually agreed upon

4. $25.00 / hour

5. Students and recent graduates may apply

6. Interns will not be eligible for Company benefits

7. Dress code is business casual

8. Desktop or laptop computer will be provided

Qualifications

1. Must be 18+ years or older

2. An ambitious self-starter looking to get real world experience.

3. Completed at least 2 years at an accredited college or university.

4. Proficient in basic computers skills (Mac or PC)

5. Detail oriented and organized, as well as an ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

6. Team player and willing to roll up your sleeves

7. Strong analytical skills

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: $25.00 per hour
