THE OPPORTUNITY:

As the Technical Training Project specialist, you will have the opportunity to provide support and assistance with strategic projects and other activities around site expansion of an additional liquid processing line.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Design, resource, and deliver training programs, or recommend externally provided programs, which meet the needs of individuals and are consistent with the organization’s overall training plan for site expansion of an additional liquid processing line
  • Provide daily guidance and direction to training personnel on task assignments and expectations associated with project
  • Oversee the completion of training requirements for site employees to ensure organizational readiness in anticipation of new line/equipment startup.
  • Maintain training records and materials to meet internal and external compliance requirements
  • Responsible for creating a project plan for Training that includes activities and deliverables that enable associate readiness for new equipment startup and beyond

Project plan for Training will include:

  • Creation of a Training Matrix for each area/equipment associated with site expansion
  • Identification of positions that need formal qualifications
  • Development of training plan to reach 3x3x4 training target
  • Identification and development of curriculums for new roles
  • Coordination of Vendor Led Training (VLT), including compliance and sustainability of VLT material and delivery
  • Development of Training materials associated with site expansion (OJT Guidelines, CRIACE modules, 1PLs and troubleshooting guides)
  • Identify and develop Trainers for equipment associated with site expansion
  • Identify, maintain, and report training metrics for the project
  • Oversight of execution of the on-the-job training process to ensure required qualifications achieved in alignment with project timelines
  • Capable of working independently or as a member of a team
  • Must be able to adapt to changing requirements and meet project commitments without sacrificing quality
  • Flexible approach to work to aid with the wider engineering projects as and when required


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma / GED required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 3 years training or related fields, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Project Management experience preferred
