Vibe Health Bar is a proven healthy powerhouse that has flourished in the Greater Sacramento Area since 2015. Our company's mission statement; “It’s an experience. It’s a lifestyle. It’s how we eat and how we live. This is Vibe Health Bar” is cultivated by like minded wellness warriors, not only in our store fronts but also within the partners behind Vibe Health Bar. Our partnership group is forged by the likes of NBA Veteran and 2017 Golden State Warriors championship player Matt Barnes and MMA pioneer and UFC Hall of Famer, Urijah Faber.

Daily Operational Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Make every Vibe Health Bar client feel welcome in our space. Answer any questions they may have with enthusiasm and knowledge. Make sure they leave Vibe Health Bar happy and healthy!

Knowledge: Develop an understanding of plant-based nutrition, supplements, and drink ingredients.

Prepare Vibe Menu Items: Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, smoothies, acai bowls and more based on Vibe Health Bar recipes. Take pride in working quickly while creating quality products.

Adhere To All Company Procedures: Includes food safety, cash handling, sanitary procedures and all other operational policies.

Contribute To Make Vibe Health Bar Better: Share ideas on how we can improve our food and drink offering as well as our operational procedures. Vibe is a collaborative workplace where everyone's ideas are listened to, evaluated and implemented if they can make us better.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communications skills; is capable of communicating effectively with guests and employees.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Restaurant experience including full service, fast casual or quick service restaurants preferred but not essential.
• Ability to think on your feet and work in a fast paced environment.
• Self motivator, personable and team player -- Enthusiastic, willing to learn and share the higher vibes, cultivate culture and community.
• Week and weekend availability - 15-20 hours per week minimum availability
• Drivers license with own transportation.

Pay: $19.50 - $21.50 per hour
