SVP, Treasury
This position is responsible for leading the Treasury function and management of Treasury initiatives in supporting Asset Living's scalable capabilities to achieve overall growth-oriented strategies. This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for developing and executing value creation opportunities for Asset Living and the clients it serves. The Treasurer leads recruitment of, development of, and prioritization for a team of 4 treasury professionals. Responsibilities include but are not limited to leading administration of 3,000+ client bank accounts across 100+ banking and financial institutions (current state); managing banking and related financial institution relationships, optimizing corporate and clients' banking structures, including selecting key banking partnerships and migrating client accounts to preferred banks; reducing bank fees; forecasting and managing cash / liquidity; identifying, recommending, and managing principal protection investment of idle funds; and selecting and implementing a treasury management tool to manage bank structure and accounts.
The position requires a continuous process improvement mindset and financial leadership to proactively analyze and frame recommended strategies to the CFO and other key stakeholders to optimize treasury operation / structure, mitigate risk, ensure sufficient liquidity, and drive efficiency in decision-making and business processes. This position requires a hands-on leader who will roll up their sleeves, set the pace, and lead by example. This individual will partner across Finance and Operations to support process transformation by streamlining, standardizing, and automating processes.
