Shosh Loc Studio, a Loc Salon located on the border of The Bronx and Mount Vernon, NY. As a high volume salon, we focus on maintaining a timely schedule while performing high quality services. SKILLS

• Natural Hair License or Cosmetology License
• Salon experience
• A portfolio displaying work performed
• Must be able to function in a high volume salon
• Excellent communication and people skills
• (Will provide basic training for up to 6 weeks)

DUTIES

• Palm rolling locs
• Starting locs with triangular parts
• Styling locs (curls, box braids, rope twist, two strand twist and updos)
• Educating clients on hair care needs and regimens
• Keeping up with the salon standards and wiping off equipment
• Listening to the clients wishes and providing them with the most suitable services
• Willing to extend your knowledge in keeping up with loc trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,200.00 - $96,000.00 per year
