Job Description
The Korum Automotive Group is seeking a Lincoln Service Specialist in Puyallup, WA. The desired candidates will have previous experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer and are team players and have hospitality-level customer service skills.
The Service Specialist is primarily responsible for coordinating all service appointments (including traditional service advising services, coordination with Service Technicians, sublet providers, and others), directing pick-up and delivery valet services for vehicle maintenance and repair services, monitoring vehicle health alerts/reports and scheduling applicable service appointments, and assisting with customer questions and customer relationship development activities.
Provides a high level of professionalism in interactions with customers and ensures that the customer's experience is delivered in with a high degree of hospitality.
This is a non-exempt position:
Pay Range: $30.45 to $39.40 per hour
The Ideal Candidate:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Effective customer service skills
- At least 18 years of age
- Prior experience as a service advisor is a plus
- Experience in the hospitality industry is desired
- Knowledge of software programs
- Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
