"Server/Cook" is the primary position we hire for. It's because our restaurants are small, our kitchens are open, and we need to approach service as a team. If we really wanted to get technical, the position is Server/Cook/Cashier/Dishwasher because we do it all! We cross-train everyone to work together to provide friendly, fast customer service, take orders, prepare food, collect payment, clear and reset tables,s and wash dishes. So from day-to-day and even throughout the day, we move from one activity or another as needed to do all of these things in a team oriented approach. See job description here.
