Our work depends on a an Enterprise EHR Senior Program Manager joining our team to support Federal EHR Modernization program activities. You will support the federal initiative, you will be in a leadership role on an Electronic Health Record modernization program, which provides mission critical support to our customer.

HOW AN ENTERPRISE EHR SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Provides a direct line of communication to EHR COTS Product vendor.

  • Brings experience leading EHR or Health IT projects in complex environments.

  • Applies experience with platform interoperability.

  • Coordinates requirements matching EHR Portfolio of Solutions

  • Develops, maintains, and supports implementation policies and procedures regarding application development and data management.

  • Establishes methodologies for the implementation and or/development of industry software to ensure systems meet quality, industry, and customer satisfaction standards.

  • Provides strategic leadership to executives and advisory boards.

  • Provides technical expertise as input to technical teams domain strategy with internal and external partners and customer.

  • Responsible for planning, estimation, management, and oversight of specific project activities performed by contractor personnel, including subcontractors.

  • Assists with defining requirements for infrastructure, engineering, and implementation initiatives.

  • Responsible for project resource management; quality, risk, scope, schedule, and communication management; and quality assurance.

  • Proactively manages risks and issues; responds to questions, concerns, and comments; and will be proactive in alerting customer/stakeholders to potential project issues.

  • Provides direction and oversight to team for completion of tasks, activities, and deliverables in accordance with program plans.

  • May supervise others.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or HealthCare field.

  • Significant/ proficient experience successfully implementing Electronic Health Care Record systems (Cerner preferred).

  • 10+ years of experience Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.

  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare environment.

  • Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects with success in meeting budget, timeline, quality expectations.

  • Experience setting policies, procedures, equipment standards, and documentation standards.

  • Ability to obtain Public Trust level 5 clearance.

  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong experience with MS Office suite of products.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work at the Enterprise level, working and coordinating efforts across numerous resources, sub-contractors and stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and simply.

  • Previous experience working on large Federal healthcare projects is highly desired.

  • Experience in Cloud based architecture a plus.

SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL:

  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance.
