We are looking to hire Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Analysts to join an existing team. This position will be responsible for monitoring physical security systems, detecting and assessing risks, and reporting occurrences while determining their impact on the client's business operations, workers, and facilities. By guaranteeing constant and effective security surveillance (camera monitoring), you will secure the safety of our customers, their premises, and their assets. Incidents will be reported in a range of conditions, including political unrest/instability, crime, terrorism, extreme weather or technical failures.
Successful candidates should be able to think quickly, multi-task, problem solve, prioritize and coordinate responses in a fast-paced work environment. They should also be able to write accurate and concise reports for team members and department supervisors.
Minimum Training and Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Criminal Justice or related fields) or equivalent work experience in fields such as security, research and analysis, investigations, or customer service
- Attentive, organized, and detail oriented
- A quick learner with the ability to multi-task
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A strong team player with the ability to work independently as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Flexibility and ability to work all shifts (24/7 operations), willingness to assist the team with overtime as needed
- Familiarity with access control systems, camera monitoring systems, and other incident management and/or security platforms preferred
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
Your Background
- At least 18 years of age or older
- High school education or equivalent (GED)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Have a solid/stable work history
- Drug Testing and Background screening required
- Security, Military, Corrections, or Law Enforcement experience is a PLUS
- State Security License or ability to obtain one - No worries if not, we can help you!

Detect and assess risks, and report occurrences while determining their impact on the client’s business operations, workers, and facilities
- Guarantee constant and effective security surveillance (camera monitoring)
- Monitor company traveler status as part of the company’s TravelSAFE program
- Respond accordingly to events occurring that may impact company travelers ensuring appropriate Duty of Care is established
- Facilitate escalation notifications and emergency messaging as needed should adverse events occur with the possibility of impacting company property or people
- Provide a daily intel report by analyzing, and reporting on intelligence related to security incidents, geopolitical developments, natural disasters, cyber threats, and other relevant topics that impact customer's physical assets.
- Secure the safety of our customers, their premises, and their assets.
- Incidents will be reported in a range of conditions, including political unrest/instability, crime, terrorism, extreme weather or technical failures.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely response to incidents, alarms, notifications, and calls for service
- Camera and Alarm monitoring escalation and triage
- Evaluate and processes information received from all available sources, and respond with appropriate communication, analytic reporting, and incident response procedures
- Ensure all forms of communications, such as written reports, emails, phone conversations, and personal interactions are conducted in a confidential, courteous and professional manner and documented appropriately
- Maintain knowledge of the GSOC specific standard operating procedures
- Manage physical security and control functions at designated locations
- Communicate security issues or emergency situations by escalating information to department leadership, local law enforcement, emergency services, such as EMT, Fire Departments, etc.
- Participates regularly in security/safety training programs to stay current on critical GSOC responsibilities and competencies inclusive of drills and tabletop exercises
- Analyzing evolving situations with tools and technologies provided by the client, such as ‘Open Source Intelligence (OSINT).
