The team is looking for candidates with experience scheduling, dispatching, or high volume call center environments. Description:

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for answering calls and scheduling technician appointments per availability and client urgency. You will also be responsible for answering calls from technicians to confirm or reschedule appointments. You will need to work with internal scheduling software and calendaring software to organize and keep track of all appointments and data related to client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls from clients and schedule technician appointments per availability and client urgency
  • Answer calls from technicians to confirm or reschedule appointments
  • Log data accurately and efficiently
  • Work with internal scheduling software and calendaring software to organize and track appointments
  • Prioritize and respond to client demands and service level agreements

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6 months of experience scheduling and/or dispatching
  • 1+ year of high volume call center work
  • Ability to work within multiple screens
  • Accurate data entry skills
