What does a Sanitizer do at Swire Coca-Cola?
You will support the manufacturing of the beverages that people LOVE! This position is vital in assuring our finished products are compliant to all internal and external quality and food safety standards. Daily activities of this position include maintaining a clean work environment of the facility and production equipment.
Job Details: Night shift
Responsibilities:
- Maintain complete and accurate records of the sanitation of equipment
- Perform verification testing at appropriate points and record results
- All duties of Sanitizer, General Clean-Up, and other duties as assigned
- Perform Cleaning, and Sanitation according to the Master Cleaning Schedule and the Sanitation Work Instructions
- Duties include cleaning food production machinery using mild to very strong cleaning agents, Clean in Place (CIP) Equipment and high-pressure hoses
- Operate the manual and automated CIP systems
- Operate equipment such as man-lift or forklift as needed
- Use required PPE while performing job functions
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Mobility, moving, lifting, climbing, and/or carrying materials weighing up to 75 lbs
- Must have effective communication skills including reading, writing in English
- Reliable attendance necessary; some occasional overtime depending on business needs
- Forklift and Man-lift Certification required prior to operating (on-site training)
