Job Description

  • Manage salon operations including advertising, administration, managing stylists and inventory.
  • Manage daily tip payouts.
  • Maintain a very strong clientele as a hair stylist.
  • Manage and handle cash on a daily basis.
  • Manage and lead a team of 1-2 part-time associates per workday and leverage responsibilities for team to meet sales goal.
  • Maintain safety standards and cleanliness as required.
  • Inventory control
  • Cultivate and maintain solid relationship with salon clients
  • Facilitate training regarding product knowledge, and skills with other stylists.
  • Manage onboarding for new stylists

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,154.00 - $37,672.00 per year
