Law Firm Sales Intake - Remote eligible

If you’re a collaborator at heart, let us hear from you. We are seeking the perfect match for a superior, seasoned, compassionate Intake Specialist with at least 5 years prior experience in sales, preferably in a law firm, ideally in a family law firm.

$50,000 - $65,000 yearly + bonus

• Lead a sales team by example, contribute to the growth of the sales team as a whole and of each team member individually by working collaboratively together
• Screen and evaluate all potential new client contacts, establish a compassionate connection that focuses on the client's goals
• Convert qualified potential new clients to firm clients, or secondarily schedule attorney consultations
• Accurately gather detailed, fact-specific information about potential new clients and their situation
• Describe to potential clients the services offered by our firm, our firm's approach, engagement agreement terms, and evergreen retainer accounts
• Accurately capture all potential client intake information in the firm's CRM system
• continue to follow up with non-converted potential new clients
• Assist attorneys in preparation for consultations
• Assist in answering incoming calls
• Assist with the development of additional resources for potential new clients
