We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate for our Luxury Retail Store team at Kratom Kava as we open our 4th and 5th stores. Our stores provide lab-tested, organic, and healthy products to enhance customers' lives positively with plant-based medicine (we do not sell alcohol). In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and consistency of our Kratom drinks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and keeping the work area clean and organized. Responsibilities include working closely with customers to identify their needs, answering questions and concerns about our products, and recommending the appropriate drinks and products. In addition, it must be able to resolve customer issues promptly and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements/Responsibilities
- Must be over 18 years old
- Experience in Sales or at Retail Stores
- Basic understanding of Sales principles and Customer Service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Hands-on experience with POS Systems and transactions
- Solid communication skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Be passionate about providing an excellent service
- Assist the team in executing all daily retail operations to ensure premium service and smooth store functioning
- Availability to work flexible hours (we are also flexible)
- Ability to work and perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
Mainly duties are:
- Greet and Hosts Customers in a Welcoming Manner
- Serve drinks to Customers
- Help Customers by choosing a specific strain of Kratom
- Product knowledge
- Meet Sales goals
- Dependability
Previous experience as cashier, sales associate, retail associate, retail clerk, counter crew is highly desirable.
