Front Desk Associate Compensation

• Competitive Hourly starting at $13/ hour plus Commission and Bonus

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

• Part-Time (3 – 4 shifts / week) or Full-Time (5 shifts / week)
• Must be available to work nights and weekends
• A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor
• A professional appearance at all times
• Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Has a passion for the beauty industry
• Sales experience preferred
• Enjoys a goal driven environment
• Ability to be productive in a team or by themselves
• Managing the overall flow of the center
• Educating guests on EWC's programs, offers, and promotions
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills

Wellness Incentive Compensation:

• This European Wax Center Franchisee offers all eligible employees who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 a wellness incentive of $100. However, you do not need to be fully vaccinated to apply or to be considered for the position.

European Wax Center is a full body waxing center that specializes in only waxing. We pride ourselves in not only providing a high-quality service and clean / sanitary environment for our associates and guests but also a service that you can receive in 15 minutes.
We offer a full training process that will allow even a beginner Wax Associate the ability to learn the services and technique and be ready to service paying guests within 6 days. We look for our Front Desk Associates to have passion, determination, and a commitment to excellence that will help take our center to new heights.
