The Budd Group is currently searching for an Area Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level in the Charlotte, NC, Columbia SC, Charleston SC, and Greenville, SC areas. They will serve as a resource for field management on a variety of topics, including employee-related issues, compliance training, employment law compliance, and Budd Group policy implementation, support recruiting and retention efforts, safety initiatives, performance management, and new hire onboarding.   • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality. • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations • Proficient with MS Office Suite and/or GSuite • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems, Ceridian Dayforce. • Bilingual preferred. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • Four-year degree or equivalent work experience (Degree in HR, Safety or Business preferred) • Three plus years human resources management experience.
