Eaton Animal Den is a full-service veterinary practice that offers grooming, boarding, and retail services in addition to vet medicine. We are seeking to hire a receptionist; previous vet experience is preferable, but not required. The ideal candidate must have flexible availability, be VERY reliable, be able to multi-task, work well independently and with a team, have the ability to follow instructions, and possess excellent communication skills. Primary duties include answering telephone, scheduling appointments, checking clients in/out, processing payments, completing end of day balancing, and various other duties as assigned.
This position is a 30-40 hour a week position and includes every other Saturday.
