Job Description

We are a reputable family law firm located in Cherry Creek, Colorado, seeking a highly organized, punctual and professional individual to join our team as a Receptionist and Office Manager. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office. This is a dynamic position that requires exceptional interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail. We are looking for consistency and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
1. Reception Duties:

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, screen and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information about the firm's services.
  • Schedule appointments, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date calendar.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

2. Office Management:

  • Oversee the general operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with preparing exhibit binders.
  • Manage and maintain physical filing systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers, such as IT support and cleaning services.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Clean, organize and maintain the kitchen area daily.
  • Clean, organize and maintain the supply room daily.

3. Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed, including document preparation, copying, scanning, and filing.
  • Assist with billing and invoicing tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in client intake processes, including gathering necessary information and forms.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and training materials.

Qualifications:
College education preferred; additional relevant certifications or education is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
