Our manufacturing company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards in the food manufacturing industry. You will be responsible for conducting quality checks, performing tests, and analyzing data to identify any potential issues or defects in our products.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Perform tests on products to identify any potential defects or issues, including physical, chemical, and microbiological tests
  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in our manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate with other departments, including production and engineering, to resolve any quality issues or defects
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality checks, tests, and inspections
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, including HACCP and GMPs
  • Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance role in the food manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, including HACCP and GMPs
  • Experience with quality control procedures, including testing and analysis
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues or defects
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field preferred, but not required
