We are currently seeking an Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team. This position will be a hybrid role working onsite at our client's location in Auburn Hills, Michigan at least 2 days per week. Working hours will be approximately 8:30am - 5:30pm Eastern Time. Must hold a valid driver's license as it may be necessary to drive for certain testing activities.

Job Requirements

• 5 - 8 years of experience in QA
• QA Methodology
• Adherence to Process/Standards
• Experience in a variety of delivery models, including Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall
• Requirements Ambiguity Analysis
• Test Scenario Development
• Test Case Development
• Familiar with Various Testing Techniques
• Familiar with Various Test & Defect Management Tools, such as JIRA
• Able to Advise on Best Practices for QA
• Test Effort Estimation
• Ability to Lead/Mentor Other Team Members, on and offshore
• Drive Testing Design
• Advanced Technical Skills

Technical Experience

• Familiar with various technologies, including but not limited to; Unix, SQL, SOAPUI/Postman, Informatica. Strong SQL and ETL testing experience is required for this position. Experience testing webservices is also required

Unique Skills

Candidate must have solid experience testing web services as well as ETL

Job Duties

• The resource should perform the day to day tasks based on the work assignments assigned by the client manager.
• The resource should submit the timesheets by end of each week with out fail.
• The resource should comply and complete all the trainings that are assigned.
