About the Job:

Concrete Construction Company in Landover Maryland, seeking an experienced and seasoned accountant to oversee our Company’s financial data and compliance by overseeing the accuracy of accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial entries and reconciliations. Update and maintain the general ledger. CPA certification is not required.

This position is Part Time - Averages two days per month at $50.00 per hour.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Peachtree, Sage, or similar accounting software is a prerequisite.
Attention to detail and confidentiality is a must.
Mature candidates should be able to occasionally visit a construction job site.
Good oral and written communication is a plus.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to work with little supervision.
