Responsibilities

Develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders to ensure the QCD requirements.

Ensure resource availability and allocation based on the detailed project plan.

Set appropriate business milestones to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the customer, supply partner and all stakeholders.

Implement risk management to minimise project risks.

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial profit and customer and supply partner satisfaction.

Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the achievement of objectives with members of theField Sales and Supply Chain Management teams, and to maximise the efficiency of all business procedures.

Requirements

Basic Requirements

Excellent customer-facing, internal communication and servant leadership skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a range of people

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

Problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills and data analysis skills

Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development

1+ years of experience in project management, from conception to delivery

Preferred Requirements

Proven work experience as a project manager in the manufacturing or a relevant sector and leadership in managing projects of a certain size as part of a team or in collaboration with various people

Proven work experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a similar role

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods

Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
