Project Manager for ASIC COT
We are looking for a Project Manager to manage engineering projects at Ericsson’s Austin R&D Center for the COT organization. COT is a new digital ASIC back-end design organization within Ericsson, rapidly growing in size and capability.
As Project Manager, your primary role is to clarify scope, bridge communication among stakeholders, monitor progress, remove obstacles, and drive the project to closure. You will utilize your problem-solving skills daily… thinking outside the box to resolve issues and mitigate project risk. Your love of data will empower you… collecting data, analyzing data, then forecasting and making decisions based on the data.
This role requires a high-level of autonomy, and the ideal candidate must be comfortable working with ambiguity. However, you will be supported by an experienced team of leaders with whom you will be an equal partner in success.
