Your Role

The Performance Operations Coordinator will be responsible for leading and coordinating the Performance Team's efforts to improve organizational performance by managing performance projects, tracking progress, facilitating communication, and ensuring timely delivery of results.

Primary functions for this role include:

  • Lead and manage Performance Team projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that deliverables are tracked, reported on, and met according to the agreed-upon timeline
  • Work cross-functionally across the organization to identify project goals, objectives, and deliverables, and develop and maintain overall strategic plans in conjunction with Performance Team counterparts and other internal stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and change management document in accordance with created strategic plans and ad hoc as needed
  • Identify and mitigate risks as they present themselves and helping to create and manage performance improvement plans as needed
  • Communicate out strategic plan status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders
  • Perform other related responsibilities as required.

How You Qualify

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business or related field
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver results.
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Experience with dashboard creation and report out methodologies
  • Experience in value-based care and Medicare and/or Medicare Advantage policy, plan operations, data, and financial methodologies is a plus
  • Experience with Medicare Advantage and/or CMMI government programs (DCE, ACO REACH, MSSP, etc.) is a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
