Zachry Industrial, Inc. is currently seeking Production / Warehouse Support for the upcoming harvest season. The job will be anywhere from 60-72 hours/week consistently during harvest. All work will be on-site at any of the Grinnell locations.

Harvest Support will include:

General Labor - building loads, building or breaking down pallets, must be able to lift 50 lbs or more multiple times per day

Forklift Operation - mandatory training will be conducted on site, inventory control using SAP on an iPad

Equipment Monitoring - assisting with running/observing equipment, bin loading/unloading, packaging assistance

Basic mechanical ability/understanding of equipment maintenance may be required (able to operate and trouble shoot equipment)

Previous experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and other standard computer and software systems may be required.

Activities may require bending and lifting, long periods of sitting or standing, and extended work hours may be requested during peak seasons.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and/or related experience.

• Must be able to pass a DISA background check, DISA 10-panel drug screen, and pre-employment physical.

• Must have a valid ID (driver's license) and steel toe shoes/boots.

• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work shift work (days/nights).

• Must be able to understand verbal and written tasks and safety instructions delivered in English.

• Must be able to adhere to all client's standard operating procedures (SOPs) and to support all site safety requirements.
