Job Description

Seeking motivated production associates for a local rubber/silicone manufacturing facility located in Fort Wayne, IN. No experience is required. CLIMATE CONTROLLED facility.

Duties:
  • Operate all manufacturing equipment in a safe and productive manner.
  • Maintained work area in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Follow safety measures.
  • Follow travelers (mix order sheets) for proper weights, temp controls, and operations.
  • Complete all necessary system paperwork to produce products.
  • Accurate timekeeping.
  • Able to meet deadlines.
  • MUST be able to lift 50 lbs at times.

Pay: $15 - $16 depending on shift, raises every 3 months in your 1st year.

Shift/Schedule:
  • 1st 7 am - 330pm.
  • 2nd 3 pm - 11:30 pm - MOST NEEDED.
  • 3rd 11 pm - 7:30 am.
  • May need to be able to work 10-hour days, Saturdays voluntary.
