Job Description

You will be focused on product, innovation, and change management across the Wholesale Lending Services organization

You will be coordinating with both Operations and Technology partners to scope current processes, brainstorm / design new solutions, and then build / implement those solutions to be rapidly deployed to production. You will own product features from scoping through implementation. You will work closely with Operations to develop a deep understanding of each process in scope to create an automated solution leveraging our technology suite. This will also involve coordination and partnership with Technology teams to develop accurate requirements, design user-friendly interfaces, and ensure a rigorous testing process.

The position requires a results-focused, disciplined, and detail-oriented team member to deliver against an ambitious implementation schedule. You will need to be creative, flexible, and diplomatic through the product lifecycle to deliver the transformation agenda needed to improve our best-in-class operations functions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Banking, Credit, Digital, and Technology teams to Implement transformational process and product through cross functional areas within Wholesale Lending Services
  • Lead requirement gathering; design, ideate, wireframe, prototype features and experiences and Refine product backlog in JIRA, Business Requirement Documents (BRD's), and Use Cases with exceptional detail and discipline
  • Lead process discipline across the vision, development, and implementation life cycle and coordinate and govern user acceptance testing, ensuring user engagement and testing rigor
  • Use a framework to communicate program and project level details and timelines with employees within Wholesale Lending services
  • Think strategically and tactically, to design and implement deliverables, with the flexibility to adjust to new innovations, regulations, and priorities whilst effectively communicating regular updates to product stakeholders, including presentations, executive summaries, and OKR metrics

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience implementing either large scale initiatives or operational change management or technology products
  • Passion for process/product innovation, design, and technology
  • Detail oriented, self-starter capable fulfilling a strategic vision by staying on top of tactical activities with limited oversight
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to multiple levels of colleagues and management, across business and technology, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio and MS PowerPoint

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience in large Financial Services firms and/or complex operations functions (especially Loan Originations)
  • Experience in Agile methodology with Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner
  • Experience navigating legal documentation
  • Experience in Loan accounting applications (Loan IQ, Advanced Commercial Banking System (ACBS), Strategy...)
