Motor City Seafood Company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fish Processing Technician to join our dynamic team in Highland Park. As a Fish Processing Technician, you will be responsible for processing and preparing various types of raw fish for distribution and sale. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest quality of fish products while adhering to strict health and safety standards.
