DUTIES
The Child Day Care Infant teacher is responsible for providing a stable environment for children. Work involves responsibility for the planning and implementation of activities to meet the children's physical, mental, and psychosocial needs. This includes providing activities of daily living for children; serving meals and assisting with feeding; changing diapers and assisting with toileting; cleaning toys and equipment; communicating in a positive way with children; assisting in set up and clean-up of activities; charting daily activities of children; consulting with Director regarding concerns of the children; attending department meetings; and all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Early childhood education or equivalent. The successful candidate must understand and enjoy children and be able to deal with people under all conditions. The ability to read, speak, and write English is required. Being able to exercise confidentiality in all circumstances is required.
WORK SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. NO weekends or Holidays.
