Plumbing Technician

Red Bear Mechanical is a family-owned company based in Carson City. We service both commercial and residential clients and deliver exceptional service to provide our clients top-quality service in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning.

We are seeking Plumbing Technician to join our team. This is manual work at the journeyman level in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and residential plumbing systems. Work involves performance of skilled plumbing tasks in maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of fixtures and equipment. Routine maintenance, service, and repair work are performed independently. Knowledge with HVAC is a plus!

Compensation - $ 25.00 - $35.00 DOE plus Performance Pay and Spiffs

Schedule - Monday through Friday - with some overtime and On-Call duties (evenings and weekends)

Required Qualifications:

• Must pass drug and background check
• 3 - 5 years install experience
• Valid license and insurable driving record
• Positive attitude
• Ability to lead a team
• Willing to conform to company standards, procedures, and policies
• Ability to lift and carry 75lbs
• Knowledge of Manometers
• EPA Certification and OSHA10 is a plus!
