Job Description


Research conditions in local, regional, national, or online markets. Monitor campaigns, reports on performances, and make suggestions for improvement within the team and to clients. Conduct market research, keyword research, and competitive analysis. Develop paid search campaigns including generating keyword lists, assisting with ad copy development, building up campaign structures, and allocating the budget accordingly based on the result of research and KPIs. Implement budget pacing, bid adjustment, metrics monitoring, and optimization of paid search campaigns on search engine platforms. Analyze the outcomes and adjust keyword strategies timely based on the ads performance. Maintain and improves traffic coverage within online target communities. Recommend A/B testing opportunities or optimizations to clients and internal teams. Conduct the A/B test to evaluate proposed recommendations on bidding strategies, ad creations, and variant landing pages. Visualize and translate data into actionable marketing insights by using applications to draw the trending charts. Compile, analyze, and deliver account performance data to internal and external clients. Forecast market trends and plan paid search growth by collecting and analyzing the relevant data on the performance of the industry and communicate opportunities with the clients.

Qualifications


Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Advertising, Marketing Management, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or two years of experience in a related occupation. Experience must include one year of experience in the following:


  • Google Ads
  • Google Analytics
  • Microsoft Advertising
  • Google Data Studio
  • Tableau
  • Excel
  • SQL
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Microsoft Suite

Additional Information


All of your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Compensation Range: $75,000 to $78,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
