Job Description

Answers internal and external calls efficiently and politely. Ensures prompt, accurate and exceptional service to guests and employees.

Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or the equivalent.

Answers internal and external calls in order to answer questions, direct calls, and provide general information.

Maintains wake-up calls log.

Monitors security calls in order to provide quick and accurate information to appropriate authorities during emergencies

Ensures prompt, accurate and professional service to guests and employees.

Other duties as assigned.

Ability to meet company's production and quality standards.

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. May require weekend, night and early morning work.

Physical Requirements

Specialized Work Experience

Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. Must be able to read, understand and speak fluently in English. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.

One year experience with specific PBX and multi-line console systems. Ability to deal with constant phone interaction.

Excellent communication skills necessary. Must possess excellent listening skills and be able to perform all duties with a sense of urgency. Must be able to maintain a pleasant and professional tone and demeanor during emergency situations.
