A little about us first…

Quality Logistics Inc. was founded in 1959 as Quality Feed and Supply Company operating one truck in the mountains of Colorado. We have been family owned and operated since 1959. We have grown over the last 64 years and being debt-free we are poised to continue our growth. Quality Logistics Inc. is a Full Truckload Carrier specializing in exclusively dry van truckload. We are 100% company drivers operating 100% company owned equipment. We do not have owner operators and we do not contract out our loads. Our service area is the western 11 states but we do have full 48 state authority. Our current fleet size is 140 tractors and 300 trailers. Our main office is in Denver, CO but we do have yards in San Bernardino, CA, Grand Junction, CO, Phoenix, AZ, North Las Vegas, NV, and Fort Worth, TX.

What we are looking for…

- An individual that has at least 3 years verifiable experience in the transportation space.

- Has contacts and the ability to bring on new accounts from day one.

- Selling and setting up new accounts along with door-to-door cold calling.

- Managing and taking care of the accounts you sell.

- Ability to travel two weeks out of the month.

- MOST IMPORTANTLY, an individual that is a “self-starter” and can hit the ground running.

What you are looking for…

- A solid established company that is able to support your needs with respect to bringing on new business.

- The ability and willingness to grow and expand our business.

- No daily reports to fill out. Nobody looking over your shoulder on a daily basis. As long as you can produce, we will leave you alone and let you flourish.

Pay/Benefits:

- Base salary upon interview plus uncapped commission

- $500.00 monthly car allowance
