QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Work experience performing related duties and knowledge of practices and procedures related to facilities maintenance and/or repair, material required and costs associated with a successful maintenance program.
Highly Preferred:
1. Must have experience leading a maintenance crew and tradesmen of 6-15 in maintaining outdoor recreation/campground area.
2. Must have 2 plus years directly responsible for the oversight of maintaining a recreation area to include: campsites, special activity areas such as paintball fields, archery ranges, challenge courses, mountain bike/hiking trails, beaches, marinas, floating docks and equestrian centers.
3. Must have 3+ years of researching, purchasing, tracking and accountability of equipment and supplies.
4. Must have 2+ years of experience overseeing contractual utilities services serving as a liaison between the facility and contractors.
5. Must have experience programming commercial grade, animated holiday light displays and controllers.
