As the Office Manager (Finance & HR) you are responsible for dealing with all internal financial functions. You must be hands-on as these duties are not delegated to others. Quickbooks skills a must. Understanding of daily accounting functions, quickbooks, and interaction with third party bookkeepers and CPA.

JOB FUNCTIONS DUTIES:

Financial Management (Required):

  • Primary Interface to 3rd Parties (Bookkeeper & CPA)
  • Maintain Interdepartmental Budgets
  • AR & AP
  • Collections
  • AIA Billing
  • % of Completion/WIP
  • Accrual Accounting
  • Construction Related Accounting Practices
  • Multi-State Sales Tax Filing
  • Payroll (submit to JustWorks)
  • QuickBooks data entry

Special Client(s):

  • Customer Service
  • Order Processing
  • Fulfillment
  • Billing
  • Monitor Profitability

HR Functions (Ideal):

  • Benefits Administration
  • On-boarding/Off-boarding
  • Compliance

Software Suite:

  • Quickbooks (Accounting Package)
  • Google Suite (Productivity & Communications)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
