Ink Head Prints Office/Sales Assistant Position –

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for answering the phone & helping customers
  • Receive & distribute accurate messages
  • Kindly greet clients at front desk
  • Coordinate & organize appointments & meetings with clients
  • Responsible for helping customers with Will Call orders
  • Create Quotes
  • Create Invoices
  • Monitor incoming emails from our Info Email address & any other forwarded emails & answer or forward as needed
  • Research brands/distributors/vendors with best price & style
  • Must get all quotes/estimates approved by Business Director
  • Finalize order & follow through on all orders
  • Responsible for assisting with all confirmed orders
  • Create a PO with all important information
  • Assist with creating garment buys online
  • Order Management
  • Accountable for increasing sales YOY
  • Maintain office supplies and supply storage
  • Receive, sort & distribute incoming mail
  • Fax, scan or copy documents
  • File & maintain filing system as needed
  • Update & maintain databases such as mailing lists, client & vendor information
  • Reports to Business Director

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
We recommend that all employees wear face coverings. The shop is cleaned and disinfected every morning. We practice social distancing in the offices as well as out on the prodction floor.

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
