In this position you will wear many hats. You will assist with recruiting, hiring, will act as an emergency caregiver replacement, and other such duties as the need arises.

The ideal candidate will be self-directed and detail oriented, well-spoken and at ease when communicating to clients, caregivers, and management. This individual should have flexibility, be personable, organized, compassionate and big hearted.

Qualifications:
At least 2 years of caregiving experience. CNA/HHA Preferred

Must be available Monday-Friday 7A-7P (You will work 40 hrs. a week within that time frame).

• CPR certified
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Must have Florida Driver’s License, Auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Are mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Must be able to pass a Level 2 background screening
• COVID-19 Vaccination preferred
