MotorClothes Sales Associates to assist customers in selecting and purchasing MotorClothes Fashion Apparel and Riding Gear.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Greet and serve every retail clothing customer promptly in a courteous manner - Assist customers in selecting and purchasing MotorClothes fashion apparel and riding gear
- Actively solicit sales and suggest purchasing products that will fulfill the customer's wants and needs.
- Develop relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales and referrals.
- Actively reach out to customers via call, text, and email to stay in touch regarding Harley merchandise and riding gear, paying special attention to new bike buyers and new riders alike.
- Merchandise apparel and riding gear
- Handle customer communication regarding returns and/or problems with orders, return authorizations and maintain related records.
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of counters, displays, shelves, bins, and customer contact area by following good housekeeping procedures.
Requirements - Sales Associate:
Sales Experience is preferred (not required)- Self-motivated – We look for personality, tenacity, reliability, and coachability
- Harley-Davidson, Motorcycle experience is a plus
- Outgoing and friendly with excellent sales and customer service skills
- Good communication skills and motivated to succeed
- Computer proficient, data entry experience
- Cashier/cash handling
