As a leader for AMP Payments Product team, you will lead strategic payment product initiatives critical to AMP business growth and success globally. Our commerce platform supports billions of transactions in over 170 countries, so your contributions are sure to make a big impact. You will collaborate across the organization with cross-functional product, engineering, business, marketing, finance, legal, design, project management, and international teams in establishing the strategic direction and business objectives along with defining the product requirements. You will inspire and influence your team to develop and lead a multi-year product roadmap, take an active role on the short and long term goals and investments for the Commerce platform.

Key Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience as a hands-on and technically savvy Product Manager.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in payments, payment systems through industry or Apple experience.
  • Innate capability to, directly and indirectly, lead large teams for success.
  • Proven ability to empower cross-functional teams to deliver their best work.
  • Committed and energetic with ability to thrive in fast paced atmosphere.
  • Advanced quantitative and analytical abilities.
  • Highly Passionate about user experience.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional partners from a business and technical perspective.
  • Able to align product roadmaps across large organizations while still being able to dive into the details when necessary to drive key strategic product ideation.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization.
  • Knowledge working with third parties and payments/ commerce platforms preferred.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to payments, and ensure our products align with relevant regulations.

Description

This role will lead a product management team responsible for AMP payments expansion and compliance features that are foundational to the commerce platform that powers all of services including the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, TV+, Fitness+, Apple One and more. We are seeking a dedicated professional to: Lead a team that builds a pipeline of ideas and features focusing on delivering seamless commerce & payment experiences to AMP customers globally. Research industry, technology, market and competitive trends to identify new product opportunities and inform prioritization. Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams on product roadmap, technical feasibility, design and requirements maintaining accountability for engineering timelines and program deliverables. Coordinate with finance and analytics to measure/ track business and financial impacts. Oversee legal, privacy, security and fraud prevention requirements to effectively manage risks.

Education & Experience

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $157,000 and $276,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
