So what does a member of our Crew Team get to do??
All you'll need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. We'll teach you the rest. For job openings on your schedule - part time or full time - give us a try. You must be 15 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member at McDonald's.
Demonstrates good attendance record (school or employment). Exercises good judgment and confidentiality in conformance with district policy.
Participates in district and school level committees designed to foster continuing improvement and growth. Implements School Board and school-based policies and
Makes change and processes credit card and room charges in an efficient and accurate manner. Understand and follow work rules and procedures. 10 lbs to 25 lbs.
This is a hybrid position with the potential for 25% remote / 75% on-site work. Most team members work a rotating shift pattern which typically includes Day,
CEO and Operating Committee, the Board of Directors, and external interactions including external auditors, bank and capital partners, and investors.
