Are you passionate about using marketing tools and techniques to create meaningful connections? We're looking for an individual to advance our B2C market engagement capabilities. As a Marketing Specialist , you will be part of a dynamic team the Optum owned pharmacies that drives business growth through thought leadership and lead generation strategies, ultimately supporting our business goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Tactically support and execute current marketing campaigns with a focus on data targeting and channel strategies
  • Optimize current direct response campaigns (e.g., A/B testing, improved targeting, process documentation)
  • Implement thought leadership initiatives through direct response marketing campaigns and programs
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage projects from end to end to drive projects on time to completion
  • Familiar with the use of segmentation and propensity models to improve targeting and overall campaign results

Demonstrated Skills:

  • Tactical experience with direct response campaign execution (will include concepting, targeting analytics, attribution, results)
  • Experience in cross-team collaboration
  • Experience in fast-paced, complex project management, and an ability to juggle shifting timelines and priorities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing-related field OR 4+ years of proven B2C marketing experience
  • 3+ years managing campaign data and reporting
  • 3+ years of direct marketing experience, preferably in both online and offline channels
  • 3+ years of experience using direct marketing tactics and principles including testing strategies, targeting / segmentation principles and analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid analytical and strategic experience: ability to analyze historical results and understand implications for future programs
  • Solid project management experience: ability to juggle multiple initiatives, organize, prioritize, document and keep track of all projects

  • Service approach to stakeholders, team mentality and positive attitude
  • Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity

  • Ability to successfully lead cross-functional workgroup meetings, drive and document decisions and push projects to launch

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
