Current opening: Our Portland location seeks a proactive, full-time Marketing Technology Specialist to join our team. This is a new role for our firm as we’ve grown, and our needs have expanded. Working closely with the Marketing and Branding Team along with the Information Technology Team on branding projects. These projects will include working with production printers to make printed materials and branded labels. Web site and social media knowledge is a must as you will be working with our WordPress and social media assets. As a team member you will interact with users, IT staff, and vendors to keep the Branding Team and projects on track as well as contribute to the success of the firm. Quality proof reading skills are mandatory for this.

Primary work tasks include:

  • Reports to the Branding Team Leader and Information Technology (IT) Director for projects as needed.
  • Resolves incoming support request tickets and related tasks.
  • Takes responsibility for all assigned tasks, tickets, and participates in the daily success of the Branding Team.
  • Ability to communicate with internal/external teams and vendors regarding project deliverables and details. Communication with both local and remote staff via email, chats, and telephone is key.
  • Manage multiple, simultaneous project schedules, utilizing cross-functional team members that may include internal and external resources.
  • Must be able to work within a team or solo as needed.
  • Write, edit, and proof content on a variety of projects and plans, as assigned.
  • Responsibilities will include oversight of:
  • Cloud services administration
  • Copier, printer, and related technologies
  • Working with large format printers, vinyl labels and signage, and more

Qualifications - Our ideal candidate would have the following skill sets:

  • Expertise with macOS, iOS, and iPadOS
  • Ability to think creatively & bring innovative solutions to challenges.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and writing skills.
  • Flexibility to problem solve while processes are being defined.
  • Helpful if familiar with creating process documentation.
  • Experience working with copier and printer technologies and hands on with this type of equipment.
